TOOLSHOP

In order to deliver top quality of services, IZOBLOK established its own tool shop where it designs, prototypes and prepares final molds for manufacturing EPP elements. Having our own tool shop allows for increasing the flexibility and quickness of reaction of orders in the implementation and batch production phase.

IZOBLOK CAPITAL GROUP

IZOBLOK S.A. is the parent company in the Capital Group which was established as the result of acquiring 100% shares of the German company SSW PearlFoam GmbH. The Group's companies specialize in the processing of expanded plastics, with special consideration of processing expanded polypropylene (EPP).

 

The IZOBLOK Group is a leader on the European EPP market, holding approx. 25% of shares.
Over 28 million EPP components are produced yearly in 4 plants (3 in Poland and 1 in Germany), mainly for the automotive and logistics industries. The chief recipients of products and services offered by IZOBLOK Group companies include
international logistics and automotive brands in the OEM and TIER 1 group.

 

IZOBLOK holds prestigious industry and business awards, as well as the status of preferred supplier granted by Jaguar Land Rover (JLRQ), Ford (Q1) and Volkswagen (Formel Q Fähigkeit). Starting 2011, IZOBLOK S.A. shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

HISTORY

 

IZOBLOK started its operational activity in 1998 as part of a green field-type investment project. Due to the planned listing of IZOBLOK shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the NewConnect market), in 2011 the company changed its legal form to a stock joint company. During 18 years of operating on the EPP processing market, IZOBLOK has managed to secure the appreciation of the largest and most renowned brands of the automotive and logistics industries. In 2016, IZOBLOK S.A. assumed 100% of shares at SSW PearlFoam GmbH which is now part of the Capital Group.

 

2016

Establishment of the IZOBLOK Capital Group;
Acquisition of 100% of shares at the Germany company SSW PearlFoam GmbH (M&A transaction);

Ownership changes – the Fagerdala World Foams Group (a world leader in processing expanded plastic [EPP, EPS,EPE ,XPP] for industry needs) acquires 90% of shares at IZO-BLOK Sp z o.o.; Start of cooperation with MSA (a company from the packaging industry) on the British market – delivery of packagings dedicated for Honda and Nissan;
